Joe Montelongo in service is the best. He always makes sure my car is sparkling clean and lets me work in a private business office set up for customers while I wait! Additionally, he always knows I'm in a hurry and get me in and out as soon as possible. And if I ever need a loaner, it's never a problem! Thanks Joe!
My husband and I just got a Mercedes GLC300 from Hoy Mercedes Benz last Saturday and we were more than pleased with the entire experience. Customer service was amazing from beginning to end. You can tell that Drew (owner) really cares about his customers. Leslie, the wonderful man who handled our sale, is so very nice, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took time to explain every detail to us and went above and beyond in answering our questions and making the process as quick and seamless aspossible. We are extremely happy with our vehicle. Before coming to Mercedes Benz we had visited 2 other dealerships in El Paso, and our experiences at those places were definitely sub par in comparison to our experience at Hoy. These guys were great! My AC went out, and they reminded me I was still under factory warranty; they didn't give me a hard time about it or the run around. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, and they worked with my schedule. I live an hour and a half away, and it was tough for me to get down there. They waived my loaner car charge when I needed to keep the car for an extra day last-minute. Easy work of it all. Joe Montelongo took good care of me!
I purchased my first ever 2018 Mercedes Benz E400 Coupe and I must say that I experienced the best customer service from Natalie Lara!! Her professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail were top notch. I came in with the intention of looking at another car and when she saw that my eyes were on the E400 she did NOT push me towards it. She was warm and friendly and showed me what I came in looking to see. She asked me in great detail what I was looking for and then asked me what would it take for "them" to get me into the car I was eyeing AND made it happen. Unbelievable!! I originally had other cars on my mind but her approach had me seal the deal immediately. I cannot put all of this into words but I have never had anyone listen to what my desires were AND go above and beyond to help me realize them. Not only that, she ensured that I received the best interaction with the team members (who were professional and thorough as well) and took her time in going over everything about the process and car including answering all of the questions that I had. Now this might seem like her job but customer service goes a LONG way with me. She showed me everything on the car and patiently waited until I could get the gist of everything. Even after the sale she continues to treat me as a VALUED customer and not just a number. A lot of other companies can learn a thing or two from her. I recently purchased a Mercedes E Class from Mercedes of El Paso. This was the third brand new car that I have ever purchased and I was a little nervous of the new car purchasing experience. My nerves were immediately at ease when I pulled into the dealership and was promptly greeted by a very polite well dressed sales person, Ray Guardian. Ray was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He even gave me some fabulous restaurant recommendations as I am new to El Paso. The entire experience, from Ray all the way through to the finance department was very easy and everyone was surprisingly excited to help and make me feel very comfortable. Once everything was completed and my gorgeous new car was ready to drive off the lot, the GSM Paul, came out to thank me for my business!!!!! I made sure to tell them all that I would be writing them rave reviews because in all my years and car purchases with other brands, I have never received top notch service as I did with them. Very friendly staff and very attentive they met all my needs and when I called about the car they were very fast to respond they showed me the car, they let me test drive it and give me a Carfax I was very pleased.
