I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated high school in 1978. I was active duty from 1978 to 1982. Shortly after, I moved to El Paso in 1985 after which I began working at Hoy Family Auto on Subaru and Volvo in January 1986. I began working on Mercedes-Benz in 1993. In 2012 I became a Volvo Expert Certified technician prior to the franchise being sold. Currently, I hold the Star Certification with Mercedes-Benz and still serve in the U.S. Army Reserves. I am married with ONLY 10 kids.
I have been in the automotive industry for 17 years. I was hired by the Hoy Family in 2007. Later that year, I graduated from Western Tech with an Associates in Automotive Technology and I was certified as a Master ASE Technician. In 2010, I achieved my certification as a Master Mercedes-Benz Technician. One of my top priorities as a technician is to ensure that the work gets done right the first time.
I’ve been with the Mercedes-Benz brand since 2003 and was certified a few years later. I’ve been with Hoy Family Auto since September 2011.
I was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky in 1974 and moved to El Paso in 1981. I attended Andress High School where I graduated in 1993. I obtained my associates degree from Western Tech in 1995 and began working at Hoy Family Auto in 2001.
I have been in the automotive industry for 10 years. I graduated from Western Technical Institute in 2006. I have always taken an interest in German cars. I’m excited to have been given the opportunity to work on Mercedes-Benz. I have a great personality and I’m always willing to learn and help.
I have been with Hoy Family Auto for over 30 years and in the automotive repair business for over 40 years. I have worked as a tech, shop foreman and currently as a team leader exclusively for Mercedes-Benz.
I go out of town every year for training on new products and technology as well as quarterly testing to stay certified and on top of our products. I am passionate about giving the best service possible to our clients vehicles.
As for my personal life I compete in team roping as a hobby along with my son. We have been doing this for 15 years. Very therapeutic..... I have a daughter with special needs who enjoys going to our ropings, not so much because she understands the competitive side, but more to mingle with the people as she is very friendly.

Hi, my name is Jordan Shaddix and I have been with Hoy Family Auto for one year. I have enjoyed working with our customers and learning everything I possibly can about the automotive industry.
