GREAT customer service!!! Hector jumped through hoop after hoop for me!! After months of going back and forth, deciding if I actually wanted to purchase a Mercedes, I decided too. Mercedes Benz is the only automaker in the world that still makes parts for ALL of their vehicles. Yup, even your grandparents relic Benzo. Go down there and ask for Mr Robert and he will take care of any parts issues you may have with the best customer service even for a snobby place like this. Only its not snobby but welcoming.

After going back and forth with the dealership, I must say they are great. Customer service was amazing, and they followed up with us every week to update us on the cars available.
